I am really discussed with the Taco Bells in my area. None of them can – Greg Creed email address

I am really discussed with the Taco Bells in my area. None of them can get the order straight. I have complained before about the one on State St in Boise the one on Overland in Meridian. The training must be very poor here in Idaho! The clerks cant understand or prepare an order. You ask for no cheese, you get cheese. You order a crunchy wrap, its not in your bag when you drive away. I dont think its my job to check every item in the order. Isnt that their job. Today it was the crunchy wrap paid for but missing. Last time it was taco with no cheese. Full of cheese. Its either terrible training or stupid employees. What are you going to do about this? Honestly, I have visited these 2 Taco Bells at least 10 times only got the right order once. That was the night 2 people were hit by a car right in front of the Taco Bell. Does it take a serious accident in front of them to do it right? I am so discussed.
