I am Robert Finance office of Terraboost Media LLC. One of our employees ( Mr Chris Risch ) has a bank account at your bank in Illinois.
ADP (our payroll provider) sent his pay to the bank account but unfortunatley the account was closed as the employee's account was hacked.
Our original $2456.09 direct deposit payment is still being held by your bank and has not been returned to our corporate bank account.
Both my employee and I have tried numerous times to get assistance , but to no avail. No one we have talked to knows what to do or where to look for our money. I am hoping you can direct this to the responsible person

It was the 3/15/16 payroll that has not been returned So now it has been over 2 months that your bank has not located our funds.
