I am seeking a refund of a bedspread purchased on line. Although I brought the item to the store, with the receipt, I was advised to call Kohls.com for the refund. I did and was assured the refund would be processed. I left the bedspread in the store. On 14 Sep, I contacted Kohls as the refund was not showing on my account. Again, the refund was processed, however, as of 16 Oct, the refund is still not processed. I spent two hours on the phone just now, given the run-around with people who clearly are incompetent to handle the situation. I need someone in management to resolve this, and process the refund to which I am entitled. I have been a Kohls customer for decades, and am disappointed in this unsatisfactory treatment. I think you'll agree compensation is in order for my frustration and loss of time. Thank you
