I am sending this email in hopes of getting assistance with our account as we were removed from the Budget Plan due to missed payments and receiving a shutoff notice with the total due of $1608.00 on 09/30/16 I am employed with the State of Michigan and my husband is a Direct Care worker and we do not qualify for any assistance from outside agencies. I am in FMLA status with my employer after having a kidney removed 2 years ago. I have also emailed our State Rep. for assistance. We are requesting to be re-enrolled in the Budget Plan with a reasonable payment amount or payment plan. Thanking you in advance.
