I am sending this email in regards to a claim I had made for damage done to my roof, bathroom and siding. I had taken pictures and sent them to Vicki Buck, Justin Larson's (my insurance rep) secretary that handles his Barron Wi office. That was in 2015. In 2016 I used my tax money and took out a loan to get my roof replaced.( The reasoning behind this was the storm broke the skylight in the bathroom, which caused alot of water damage. It toe shingles off the roof. So we covered the hole left from the skylight to get us through the winter. in 2016 i used my tax refund and took out a loan to repair the roof. I made a claim with Vicki and it took two months after the fat for the insurance adjuster to come out to inspect the house. I received a call from Matthew that the roof would not be covered. he had called me on a Friday night at 7 pm.I received a check for the siding and screens and have been trying to deal with Justin Larson since June about the roof. Meanwhile my bathroom is still not fixed. I need something taken care of right away because there is mold in the bathroom from the water damage, caused by the broken skylight. I have been a customer for 20 years and have never had a problem with the couple of times I had made a claim. Now I am getting treated very unprofessional. Please address this problem. i will be waiting for and email response from you.
