Rovira, sent a message to Satya Nadella CEO, Microsoft – email address that said:
I am sending this letter to you as exhausted all ways to solve problems brought by Windows 10.
Here in Brazil, there are numerous complaints about this product, please see the website claims that we have in the country.
The solutions on the Microsoft website simply do not solve the problems.
All the procedures listed on the Microsoft website have been made and the problems are not solved.
Among the problems are the non-operation of the Start button, the dialog box "Ask me anything", automatic notifications and Microsoft Edge.
There are problems with reports even more serious as loss of files and settings.
After several contacts with Microsoft by phone the solutions presented by the technicians do not solve problems.
So I appeal to you, President of the company to become aware of this tragic situation to Microsoft's reputation and the damage they are causing to users.
I hope that Microsoft make available an update through Service Pack or other mechanism to solve definitively the problem.
A large company like Microsoft can not transfer this responsibility to users who pay for expensive software and have to be wearing out to solve on their own.
