I am sending you this message because I am very upset, I have been on the phone for several hours waiting for help. I think you should know that I am in Arizona, and the service is terrible. I switched from Cox to CentryLink on May 19th. I was told I would get faster service and than found out the service is not in my area. I also had trouble with my phone service. At the end of June I decided to switch back to Cox and somehow they gave me another account. I was also told I would get my money back for the modem with I couldn't use. I spoke to the finance dept. I should have received $95.19 which I have not received. I was told they received the modem back in July. now TODAY some in the billing dept said they did not receive it. I am totally upset. I would appreciate it if you would get back to me and my problem resolved. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose $95.19. I have the ID# of the employees I spoke to today.
