I am sending you this message to let you know how frustrated and disappointed I am for the customer service here in the Philippines. I am expecting so much better from your company since you are an international brand and you are a good brand but I was wrong. I bought a phone from you last November 2015, a Sony Xperia C4. I was happy at first, the performance was good, camera is great, sound is ok and I was even bragging it with my wife and friends, but what happened is not what I was expecting. After 5 months of using the phone, touchscreen started to act up and is malfunctioning. I press the bottom part and it presses the top part, it was like the phone was possessed pressing letters and icons on its own. I reset the phone and it worked but after some time, touchscreen acted up again and this has goes on and on and on. And it was frustrating! It's driving me crazy! So I took my phone on your Service Center last June and was promised of getting an answer within 3 weeks and guess what? A month has passed and I did not get any call from you. I had to call you several times because no one is picking up the phone! And do you know what answer I got from your representative? I was told that it is still under diagnosis! ONE MONTH OF DIAGNOSIS?! Unbelievable! This is the first time I bought a phone from you and this is the first time I experienced this! I was thinking of getting my wife the same phone as mine but now I think I should reconsider getting another brand. I am so disappointed with Sony. If you can't fix it then I want you to replace my phone or give me a refund!!
