I am shaking with anger right now and feel that Sprectum is a poorly managed company. About a month ago two guys showed up in our yard with flags and white marks in our yard. They did not contact us first. When questioned they said they were going to put in a line in our yard for a neighbor. We did not want a line since we have a dog fence wire and were afraid it would be cut. We contacted the Field Operations Supervisor. He came to our house and said they would put the line in another neighbors yard so our dog fence would not be cut. Finally, after 4 weeks of mowing and aerating around the line they left exposed in our yard, two men came and put the trench in OUR yard. No one came and talked to us before they did it. In the process they cut the dog fence wire. He said he “fixed” it, but we now have a dog fence wire that has been cut. Who knows how long that tape will last. I have little respect for your company.
