Pamela sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I am so angry with Paypal - I am resident in Australia and have a UK credit card that I have used happily for many years - the UK bank have my Australian address. Recently I tried to update the expiry date on the card having received a new one and have been told I can't use it anymore. Some crap explanation that varies dependent who gives it - I deduce Paypal Australia have implemented some cost cutting procedures that limit the service without notifying me and others of that fact. Is that correct? No one can explain why my card worked happily and now doesnt. Have you franchised Paypal Australia to some cowboys?
Get your organisation onto this issue and resolve it to my satisfaction - I know a IT bod could add the card in and they are refusing plus refusing to register a complaint. It makes zero sense - really bad customer service.
