Juanita sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:
I am so angry with SWA ! The last 3 trips that I took , flying from FT. Lauderdale to Long Island MacArthur Airport, NY ,on your last flight ,which is supposed to arrive at or around 10 PM, arrived at around 12 AM (last July), 1 AM (last Dec.), and 12:30 AM( May 18th)!
This is totally unacceptable !
The last one was the worst. We were beginning to line up for OUR plane, which had arrived on time , when your employees, informed us , that they were giving OUR plane to a group that was late getting to Denver!!!!
Therefore, we were going to be delayed once again! Clearly, we on this particular flight, are considered expendable, and of no importance to Southwest ,at all. First we had to wait for a plane ,then a crew to fly it, once again! As had happened on past delayed flights.
Southwest really doesn't give a damn about ISP because hey have it about 95% sewed up, with almost no other planes going in there. it's pretty clear when sales are run for other cities airports, ISP is almost never included.
Now, to add insult to injury, they have cut almost all the direct flights to and from from FLL. Well, if you can't get a direct flight , and you can't get a sale price , and you can't get in on time, why is there any reason for me, and many others to use Southwest anymore?
If I have to pay more, change planes, and then, as the cherry on top, get in late every time I fly with you ,there is no reason to use Southwest anymore!
