Maria sent a message to Frederick W. Smith Founder, Chairman, and CEO, FedEx Corporation – email address that said:
I am so disgusted with your delivery service. I ordered $200 in plaques for Combat Veterans benefits and they were left over a mile from my home on someones porch.
I ordered a $450 roof for my golf cart and they seem to have lost it. They told the shipper that I would receive it today. I called fedex and they told me they don't run trucks on Sundays and Mondays, so it should be Tuesday...so who is the liar? I'm inclined to believe that it is Fedex who is full of crap at this point.
