I am so disheartened by the service from Spectrum and I haven\'t even received the – Thomas M Rutledge email address

Nancy Terrazas sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:

I am so disheartened by the service from Spectrum and I havent even received the installation yet. Your sneaky sales people although friendly called to offer me a bundle. I was having internet installed that day (Saturday 4/29/17)but if I didnt sign up for the bundle it would not be available to me later because I would not be a new customer. He assured me I could commit today and delay installation by 2 weeks for the TV and home phone, what he didnt say was that it would cancel my current installation for my internet (of which I was home waiting for and had taken a day off work to be there). When I called to ask why they hadnt shown up I was told that I didnt have an appointment for that day. Cust Serv issued a ticket to get me back on the schedule and when dispatch called me she said they had no openings and my soonest apt would be Tuesday and she assured me that I did not have an appt for Saturday and the best they could do was Tuesday. I have an email telling me my appt was for Saturday. Cust Serv told me that when the order for additional services was completed it cancelled my Saturday appt, no one let me know I just stayed at home waiting for this installation. It is now Monday and I still have to wait another day. My confidence is zero and I will not purchase any additional services after the treatment I received. Was everyone nice? All but the Dispatch person in Bakersfield but did I get any service? No.
