David sent a message to Marty Lott Founder and President, Sanmar Corp. that said:
I am so frustrated with the SanMar corporation. I am a small independent apparel and promotional products distributor. My orders are placed directly thru Distributor Central, who then forwards the purchase order to San Mar. I have had several orders either duplicated or purchase orders that haven't been received by SanMar. I have been told numerous times that your IT department has been notified and will fix the problem. The problem is still not fixed. I asked this to be elevated to a management level, but am still dealing with a Customer Service Rep. I am done with SanMar.
