I am so happy to hear that JCP is on the uptick! Back in the "day" Penneys was THE place to go whenDad's were making money and we could get something a little more expensive. I have always gone back to that and you've never failed me. Even other stores have gone by the wayside and are distant memories now. Penneys has always been the place to go. Friends have told me to leave and go Kohl's but I find much better deals with you. Even better....your website has improved greatly! The last year I have found it much easier to navigate the site and much less down time between clicks. It was frustrating but I knew you'd keep up. Many thanks to whatever IT folks you have put into place! They have done great work over the last few years. Much easier to shop and buy. And delivery is out of this world. I rec;d a purchase today I didn't expect for another week. GREAT JOB! Keep this up and I'll be broke! Denise
