I am so sorry to bother you again, been solved with Wellcare Transportation. My I.D. is 8903255992 and my name is Sherry A. Joffre. You were kind enough last time to have someone call me. Well since I have not had a response I assume she is on vacation. Several people have called me regarding Exquisite transport and I have not received a valid response. I received a letter from a Blake Falone with no contact number and in the letter several dates were wrong regarding the transport in question and the times they did not arrive. I do not know how this information sent to a member is 80% wrong. I have talked to at least 10 diffferent people at Wellcare and none of them will give me a telephone number to call back and then when I do I get someone else and have to go through the story all over again. I feel like since I am on Medicaid I am being treated like a second-class citizen and getting the run around from the customer service staff. Today, a representative called and he said it is of the opinion that I do not have a choice and I have to take basically what they give me; even though I do not feel comfortable driving with the man that did come late to my house and had to tell him the doctor would not see me, the dispatcher did not tell the truth to Wellcare regarding the pick up information and the letter from Mr. Falone was basically a joke. It did not even resolve any issues and I think MTM investigates itself according to one of the calls I received two weeks ago. That information just floored me. If someone with a phone number that I can call would contact me, I appreciate it.
