I am so sorry to bother you but this is the 4th email I have sent and have yet to hear from Aenta.

After spending 25 minutes on hold this morning I finally had to leave to go to the doctor.
I did reach an operator and mentioned I have been on hold for 20 minutes and she placed me on hold again.
What is the best way to speak with someone.
