I am so very, very upset with Century zLink. I attempted to get service andcwas refused. In Feb of 2016 l disconnected mybservice to Century Link as l eas leaving arizona to tske care of my sistet. My son, Robert subscribed to Century Link. He passed away in Dec 2014 after suffering 4 heart attacks. My other son pd for Century Link for a while and i sent notice to CL that Robert had passed. Now i am back and signed up with Directv and attempted to sign back up with CL. They say l am responsible for Robert's unpaid bill. This is not fair. He signed up and he should be responsible but as he passed away he cant pay it. I am 79 years of age and receive only $785 a month from SS. The only thing l get to pass the time is TV. l can afford to pay for the internet as thst is my only recreation. Can you please help me in this matter. Please help me. Thank you.
