I am sorry that I have to write to you on such a small issue – Chua Sock Koong email address

CELINA CHAN sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel email address that said:

I am sorry that I have to write to you on such a small issue on billing dispute. I had called your call centre twice and spoke to the officer. They promised to revert and both time no one revert with an answer as they said they needed to investigate. Is coming to a month and I am still waiting for an answer. I had also sent in an email after that, and the reply was they will revert within 3 working days, but I receive no reply till now.
What happened to the service from Singtel. The service is so bad and is wasting so much of my time just to speak to your people.
Is time something need to be done to improve the service. This is not the first time I am encountering such bad service. Please assist in this matter as I do not like to hold on to the bill. I expect someone to call me back before the end of this week. Thank you.
