I am sorry to have to resort to emailing you but I am having a really stressful time with PAYPALUK . My husband died over two years ago and I can`t close his account. I was asked for death certificate, copy of will ( naming me as his executer) but I can`t send the documents a the number I was given does not work. My daughter took them to work with her to fax as I don`t have a fax machine .
Every time I have contacted PayPal I receive emails addressed to my husband I have also spoken to agents on the phone to explain the situation and still I get emails addressed to my late husband.
I even spoke to an agent on the phone tonight ,again explaining why I was calling
and the stupid woman asked if my husband was in the house
I am thoroughly disheartened by the whole experience and again I apologise emailing you but I am at my wits end trying to get someone to understand that my husband is dead
