I am sure you get your share of complaints but I wanted to say Thank you to Travis Jackson, Store #4156. I was on my way home from Pennsylvania to Virginia when the bearings went out on my alternator which consequently caught fire. After getting things under control, I found a Autozone near me and called the store. Travis put his hands on every part I needed, took my order over the phone, and to ensure my safety, delivered the parts to me so that I would not have to walk down a divided highway to get to the store. With his help, I was able to complete the repairs in a nearby parking lot and make it safely home where I could make the permanent repairs. I have been a customer a long time and have seldom received bad service. This is of particular note because of Traviss above and beyond customer service. Please pass on my appreciation to Travis for a job Very Well Done!!!!
