Gregory sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. – Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks – Email Address that said:
I am tired of dealing with incompetent people at your bank in Bartow FL. I now want to speak to a peer (retired CEO) I even had to go through my broker to contact you.
I want to reach executive level or I will file a formal complaint will the banking commission and ask for a complete audit.
Very upset 25 year customer,
