I am tired of the bad service I get. 1. iIhave not be able to use my service for 3 months now. The latest ticket number is 26505277. Still cant get into my phone services. I am told too bad! At over $200 a month, someone should be going, YES Mrs Kizior this is wrong. No credits have been made nothing is being done and I am sick of this. My internet is as slow as a snail. My billing date and I have talked about this more then one time. My husband is a disabled vet who is now legal blind. I get his disability check on the 3rd of every month.
I am always being threaten with shut off. And told we dont make payment arrangements. Well my Tom can no longer work and I am on a waiting list for an organ. I can only work part time. And I pay this bill ever month on the 3rd. However this month the bill due on April 2nd, when I called in to ask for less the 24 hour grace period. Here is, what was told to me, by someone who knew very little English or just rolled out of the hood. Get you lazy ass husband to go back to work! And get an education! Well Mr Rutedge. 1. My husband did have a job in the US Military, till he was almost killed in combat. Left for dead, blind with broken bones, broken jaw in 3 places and his teeth were pulled out. by his captures. My Tom ( my husband) has PTSD and now have also mental issues as well. He fought for this person to have freedom and paid a price. She will never know. I have a MBA I am sorry my vital organs are failing me. Why not nail me to the cross. I am not asking for the world here. I am asking to be able to pay my bill on April 3rd 2018 at 12:01 am.
