I am totally frustrated with your site. Today I am unable to sign in.
But I have been having trouble for over a year. I have sent messages and called and talked to several people.
Last person I talked to was Sean, he was able to get me on but I am unable to download my statement, which I have been telling them.
I do not want to use the card because I can not see my statement and 3/4 of the time I can not even get on to your site.
I am supposed to be getting a new Citi-bank card with Costco, but I do not know if I even want one if I can not even log on.
It is your site, not me or my computer, that is giving me problems.
I have no trouble logging on to my other credit cards.
