I am truly sorry to have to resort to this type of contact, but i have been trying for 6 weeks to get a refund for money spent via the sonic app which does not function at all. I have called the customer service line 5 times with a promise during each call that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive a call back. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
