I AM TRYING TO CONTACT YOU TO INFORM YOU OF THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS IN YOUR STORE , I AM A CUSTOMER THAT DOES 4000 DOLLARS OF BUSINESS WITH JCP AND I NOW A M CONSIDERING CLOSING MY ACCOUNT FOR SEVERAL REASONS AND IF YO CAN AFFORD TO LOSE CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF THAN IT IS NO WONDER YOU CLOSED STORES AND HAVE NEGATIVE SALES AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 , I RECENTLY PURCHASE SEVERAL ITEMS THAT ALL HAD REBATES AND SUBMITTED THEM THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I PURCHASED THEM , ONE BEING A TOASTER AND WAS INFORMED BY INMAR REBATE CENTER THAT THE REG RECEIPT DID NOT HAVE A PURCHASE DATE AND WAS A COPY, IF IT WAS A COPY THAT WAS BECAUSE I BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS THAT HAD REBATES AND SECONDLY I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE JCP DID NOT HAVE A DATED REG RECEIPT, I THINK JCP SHOULD CONTACT INMAR , THIS IS FOR A JARDEN TOASTER , I ALSO DONT KNOW IF IM GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ALL THE OTHER REBATES I SENT , THAT IS ONE PROBLEM , SECONDLY WHEN I CONTACTED YOU BY THE NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THAN TO FINALLY TALK TO REP FROM THE MID WEST TO INFORM ME THAT SHE WAS ONLY A PC REP FOR SALES AND TRANSFERRED ME TO A SUPERVISOR ONLY TO WAIT AGAIN AND THAN NEVER CONNECTED TO SUPERVISOR AND THAN DISCONNECTED , ANOTHER PROBLEM IS YOU STORE CASHIER OCTAGON TABLES , THE DESIGN IS SUCH THAT PEOPLE WALK UP IN A BUSY TIME PERIOD AND YOU DONT HAVE CLEAR DEFINITION AS TO WHERE TO STAND AND WHO IS NEXT AND HAVE TO WALK TO ANOTHER AREA TO FIND A LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING AND NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO HELP THEM , IT IS NO WONDER YOU LOSE BUSINESS AS I PERSONALLY SAW SEVERAL TIMES PEOPLE PUT DOWN THEIR ITEMS AND WALK OUT , I COULD WRITE MUCH MORE ON HOW YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY AND YOUR STORE MANAGEMENT IS SO OUTDATED ITS NO WONDER I SEE YOUR SALES DOWN IF JCP DOES NOT HANDLE THIS REBATE I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND SHOP ELSEWHERE THIS COMING YEAR ,AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHERS WHO HAVE SAID THE SAME THING , I HOPE YOU TAKE HEED TO THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF GOOD LUCK AND GOOD BYER
