I am trying to redeem the apple settlement to purchase a book. I can only order on line as the nearest Barnes and Noble store was closed approximately 5 years ago but on your store locator it is still listed as open. When I try use the settlement credit it comes up as invalid. I know only $89.71 credit but it is my credit and don't want to lose it. I tried calling and switched 3 depts and last rep stated she couldn't hear me. They are worst customer service personnel. Instead credit withBarnes Noble that I could a credit with Amazon as best customer service. The reason I stopped shopping withBarnes as store closed and had 1st edition Nook and I couldn't purchase or download books! But I can with my Kindle!!!
I would appreciate your help in getting my issue resolved. I am really pissed off with your organization. I know wasting my time in contacting you but I figure that you should know a lot more pissed off customers might have same problems.
