I am very concerned that your companys product may one day end up on my property. As you can read from the email chain below, Mr. Laslo has said that, Unfortunately there is not a way in the system to prohibit an address from having new services installed. . I am the property owner of 245-30 149 Road, Rosedale, NY 11422. I am simply asking that it is noted in your system that absolutely NO Directv disc, pole, or otherwise EVER be placed on my property. I told my tenant that it is not allowed, but then I found out that the order was placed. To the best of my knowledge, the order was cancelled, but I need to ensure that no such installation will happen as long as I own the house.
I honestly find it disturbing that the Corporate Escalations department had such a laissez faire attitude of If the tenant calls in to get service we ask if they are the owners and if not, that they have landlords consent. If they tell us that they do, we will go out to install the service. If they use false/incorrect information it will also make it difficult for us to prevent services from being installed. As I mentioned to him earlier, why is it that proof of ownership is not needed or some sort of ID needs to be presented by said owner? Anyhow, I humbly plead and ask that my property address is somehow Red Listed .
