I am very confused about my bill. I was quoted 195.00 for my complete services package. now, I am getting bills for 290.00 Not only that, but my internet services have not worked for more than 48 hours in this billing cycle, and have been under the 800 MBS rate I should see for nearly 25% of the time.
I need someone to call me and explain why I was told my bill would be $69.00 per month for the first year, but now I am paying 289?
I am getting really pissed off!!! This is not just highway robbery, it is clearly Centurylink executives purposely doing âBait and Switchâ Rather than operating with transparency and integrity, CL and itâs Board of Directors, is purposely advertising FALSE values, getting customers to signup and then, on the phone telling them specific prices, and CHANGING THEM after getting them to commit.
I have a recorded call with your sales person telling me â$69.99â per month for the first year. I promise. We will not charge you more. But nowâ¦I get a one month bill for 289.00. I will subpoena ALL records and recordings. I will file class action if I donât hear how you are not giving me my services for the 69 per month, or LESSâ¦.LIKE YOU PROMISED!
