I am very disappointed in Sirius.... I have been a loyal customer since 2014 but as today I am no longer a customer. I was charged 109.28 without my permission, which prompted by bank account to be in the negative. I work hard and try to budget my money for things I need and want. I was not expecting a charge of 109.28 to be taken from my account and then when I called the agents were rude. Their response was, ok I will cancel, here is your confirmation number and you might receive your money in 3-5 business days. Because of this, my rent check has been returned and now I have to pay late fees as well as well as an overdraft fee. I am going to make sure I blaster on Facebook, the rudeness of your employees as well as to all of my co-workers and friends.
