Pam sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I am very disappointed in the professional service we have been given by Century Link! We have recently moved to a new physical address formerly with Time Warner. We thought changing to Century Link Services would be a good decision, however, it is the worst mistake we have made during this move. We have been without service for weeks not to mention two mistakes on the part of your employees. I can't believe in 2016 this experience has been absolutely horrible. I now have spoken to five different employees concerning no service/wrong phone number. Please call me if you would like to discuss this matter, please do so. As of five minutes ago after weeks of discontent we finally had our number restored in your system. My husband is a realtor and receives many business calls at home. We have missed many calls due to Century Link poor incompetent employees. I can't recommend Century Link to any client at this point.
After speaking to a employee who researched this, it was very clear that two huge mistakes were made by Century Link.
I would appreciate a response from you after investigating these errors.
