I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AFTER THE FIRST ONE CLOSED AND REOPEN A NEW ONE ALL FOUR OF CHECKS CLEARED THE BANK WERE CLEARED BUT THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT DECIDED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAD A FRAUD WIRE ON THE FIRST ACCOUNT THAT I DIDNT ORGINAL KNOW UNTIL I WAS TOLD!!! I THINK ITS SO WRONG TO PENALIZE SOMEONE FOR THE ON THEIR FIRST TIME AS I DIDNT KNOW!!! PRETTY SAID YOU DONT ALLOW A SECOND CHANCE WHEN #1 YOU DIDNT LOSE MONEY AND #2 HOW IS ANYONE TO KNOW THAT IT WAS FRAUD EVEN A CHECK? I KNOW NOW WEHAT TO DO AND THE THEIR BANK FIRST FFROM NO ON....YOU SHOULD SEND A MESSAGE TO ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS MEMBERS TELLING OF THIS....IT JUST WASNT FAIR OF YOUR BANK!!! AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT EVEN ON FACE BOOK IF YOU WONT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
