I am very disappointed with dvc l purchased our time share in 2012 . this year was the worst I am so agrivated trying to book our vacation that I don't want to go anymore , I may lose those points but you lose to because what I would have spent and the meal plan you will lose speaking to customer service was discussing they were sarcastic , annoying , and condicending , I am seriously considering selling my time share even if I lose money . I don't expect anyone to call me because no one cares anymore. I was also told that I could not file a complaint , you are a public traded company you have to have a complaint dept , I know no one cares about 1 person but if there attitude keeps up it will grow , I had a major heart attack April 1st and died and was resuscitated so the agrivation was not good for me
