I am very disappointed with my service in regard to your California gypsy moth form. you ask that we fill in send it to you. I had computer savy people at work who tried to that. in the end I called AdrianaThompson number and somebody answered and told them of my problem. oh, she said, fax it to us. yes many people have a problem with that form. faxed it and then was told by the above mentioned person, we do not take faxes anymore. unless you get that to us you will not have a pod pickup. you will have to mail it. $35.00 out pocket now. I am 78 years age and as of time I am going to put in hospital with flu. you have to have way that customers get help with the form. all get is oh that ca problem. no that is not right it is the customer problem. I was going get to move my big load of furniture as soon as house sold. I am not too sure. somebody should be there to walk you thru that form and how to send it. we have mailed the form ups to attention Adriana Thompson so we will see how she handles. if she has a boss I suggest that he oversees this.
