Jeanine sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I am very dissapointed in your company's customer service. It took us over a month to get service to the house after going through multiple phone calls and being given a wrong phone number and being hooked up to another house to find out our right phone number. The company who centurylink hired buried the line to shallow, so less than two years later our line was severed while the owner was running heavy equipment on the driveway. This happened in November 2015 and we still have a temporary line and the owner of the property is upset with us. This is August 2016 and I would like a permanent line underground before winter hits again. I have never seen a company so screwed up like this one.
