Trina sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation that said:

I am very dissatisfied with your company right now. I called on Feb.28th to make a payment with your representative, at that time I gave my ss# and my checking information is already on file. I explain that I was at the hospital visiting a sick Uncle and did not have my Target account number, he assured me I can be looked up by my SS# and once I verified they last four of my checking account number my minimum payment would be processed. Once I receive my bill it shows no payment has been processed and the notes they have in system on that day is untrue. Not only did they put false information in the system, I was hit with all these fees due to them not processing my payment. I was told a supervisor name Alley that I could not be transferred to anyone higher than her.
