I am very outraged at Lexus of Palm Beach. I lease 2 Lexuses, a 200CtH and a ES 300H
I bought my 200ct in 2 weeks ago and had to wait for 3 hours for an oil change even
though I kept asking about it. (They had the wrong name.)
Yesterday I brought in my 300H for a tire rotation, which also took over 2 hours. On top
of that they added a $2.00 amount for "Drive Pink," which I did not authorize
or even notice until I got home. This is a fraudulent use of my credit card, and they
added $2.39 for "waste Disposal," There is no waste, to my knowledge, for a
tire rotation.
It is not that I am against this charity. I already have given a substantial donation to
it
I have gotten my7 last Lexus from Lexus of Palm Beach and I want those spurious charges
refunded
