I am very upset and disappointed that I was delibertely lied to by 1800flowers customer – James McCann email address

Kimberly sent a message to James McCann – CEO, 1-800-FLOWERS – Email Address that said:

I am very upset and disappointed that I was delibertely lied to by 1800flowers customer service about being able to deliver a flower arrangement for my best friend's birthday. I was told that the local florist had been contacted and that they had agreed to the delivery. I sent the order twice, billed twice and then told I would have to wait five days for my refund, when it took minutes to pull the payment. I kept being put on hold and stonewalled. I know that the company controller can approve and expedite payments and refund I want my money back immediately. Anything less is unacceptable!
