I am very upset as this was my first time traveling with Southwest. My entire – Gary Kelly email address

Elana sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. that said:

I am very upset as this was my first time traveling with Southwest.
My entire company and all my family travel with you guys and I had a terrible experience.
My sunglasses were left in the seat compartment on my flight to Islip and immediately I called to report it when I got off the plane. I also called lost and found and the lady who had taken my call was so rude to me rushed me off the phone and did not want to even listen to anything I had to say. No one has called me back after I filed my report and I feel southwest service did not care about my concerns.
On top of that my luggage on my return trip was destroyed. When I went to a rep at the airport they said I had to call and report it there was nothing they can do that moment/ Everything came apart and this was brand new luggage. On my flight there I asked for a cup of water as I was choking they refused to give me water till almost 1 hour after we took off. I have several witnesses that will confirm.
Another concern I had was when I booked my flight I called about the seats they said I can pick them online which I did. I booked 3 seats. I was not told that it was first come first serve. The rep on the phone gave my false information. I got on the plane and my son myself and my husband we all had to sit with people we did not know separately and my son was very scared. I was completely misinformed had I known I would have tried to be the first on the plane. I really would like to handle these matters in a civil way without media or attorneys I really hope we can resolve something because the way I was treated was absolutely unprofessional rude in every way.
