I AM VERY UPSET BY THIS COMPANY! I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT LAST WEEK DURING THE SNOW HERE IN MASSACHUSETTS. IT IS NOT MY FAULT BUT YOU REFUSE TO HONOR MY CLAIM. MY POLICY SAYS THAT I HAVE COLLISION AND IT BECAME EFFECTIVE ON APRIL 4 AFTER I DISCOVERED THAT AN ERROR HAD OCCURRED WHEN SIGNING UP. IT SAID LIMMITED OF WHICH I DID NOT WANT. I HAVE TALKED TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND YOUR COMPANY REFUSES TO HANDLE THIS CLAIM. I AM SO UPSET THAT I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY NOT YELLING, CRYING ,ETC. THIS IS AN ERROR THAT YOUR COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE NO PROBLEM DENYING. WHY???? IS IT REALLY IN YOUR BEST INTEREST??? THIS IS SMALL MONEY FOR A 2005 WORTH @$5,000. JUST TAKE CARE OF THIS SINCE MY POLICY STATES THAT THE FULL COVERAGE BECAME ACTIVE ON THE 4TH. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM LET ME PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE PAST 1 MONTH OF COLLISION AND KEEP UP GOOD RELATIONS.
I TOOK THE TIME TO FIND THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS OUT THERE AGAINST YOU. DO YOU WANT MORE??? I AM JUST ASKING THAT YOU HELP AN OUT OF WORK MOTHER GET THIS FIXED SO THAT MY 2 KIDS HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO JOBS TO HELP PAY FOR THEIR COLLEGE. THIS IS SMALL MONEY COMPARED TO OTHER THINGS.
ON A SIDE NOTE I HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND YOU SHOULD BE HEARING FROM SHORTLY UNLESS WE CAN RESOLVE THIS NOW. PLEASE HAVE YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ON THE HIGHER ARCHY CALL ME STOP SENDING PEOPLE THAT CANNOT MAKE THINGS WORK OUT.
