I am very upset that I cannot have a refund for services I did not – James L Dolan email address

christine sent a message to James L. Dolan – President and Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation – Email Address that said:

I am very upset that I cannot have a refund for services I did not use. I cancelled my service and returned my boxes on 10/31/16. I had paid my bill until 11/15/16. I moved to a new location on 12/1/14 and started my service that day. Your representative said that Cablevision changed their policy this year and they do not give refunds for services not used. That does not apply to me because I was never informed of that, and my services did not start in 2016. I am due a $75 refund and I want a $75 refund. I have been a Cablevision customer for 35+ years and for 12 years i was a customer in 2 homes. If I do not get credit for services not used you will be loosing a good customer (FIOS is knocking at my door as we speak).
