I am very upset tonight because we have been ordering Pizza Hut as our pizza – David Novak email address

Paul sent a message to David Novak Chairman and CEO, Yum! Brands, Inc. that said:

I am very upset tonight because we have been ordering Pizza Hut as our pizza of choice for over 20 yrs just to have such a sour experience that we will never order again. I was thankful to look up this website to email the CEO directly w/true intentions of sharing that what y’all are doing is not working! The reviews online are horrible!! Wondering if you care? I am in the service industry can’t believe how disappointing this is. Please change things update me on what is going on!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN!
The call center is horrible! When you try to get the direct line to the Pizza Hut location you ordered from, you get the call center # every time. No way to contact the manager of the store for any customer service. I ordered pizza on line got the time counting down like the order had been placed. Thank God I called to confirm to add plates+, to hear it was confirmed but couldnt tack on the additions. I was then given the # of the store making the pizza to receive a Houston # ... we are in San Antonio! (after calling sitting another 10 mins trying to figure things out).
I was losing patience but decided to place order again over the phone as now there was nothing in the system. REALLY? 45 mins later the pizza arrived but the extra goods added were not delivered. (but of course we are out the charges tipped the driver $6!) The pizza not typical Pizza Hut in our home town of Roanoke Tx so disappointed. I didn’t even eat it. After all that? (later read the reviews on the store there was 1 right after another of 1 Star horrible reviews… I wished I would have read that 1st would have taken the hotel’s recommendations of Dominoes or Papa John’s.
My hubby was so upset for the Xtra charges that he decided to call. Once again got the call center and upon him asking about the debacle, the gal laughed @ him hung up on him... now thats customer service! He called back got another Rep and then was told that they would have the manager call us directly... confirmed his cell on acct. NO CALL! Another call was placed after hours really pissed off now to wait on hold 10 mins for the principal of things then that person answered and hung up on us again! Pizza Hut must know so sending this review to Corporate. DO THEY CARE?
