I am very upset with the fact that with in 3 years my cable package – James L Dolan email address

Kim sent a message to James L. Dolan – President and Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation – Email Address that said:

I am very upset with the fact that with in 3 years my cable package hasnt changed until I called up about 2 weeks ago, I have been in my place for 3 years and my bill has gone from approximately $90.00 a month for all 3 services and within the 3 year period it has gone up to over $200., I have called customer service and found it to be very upsetting that they can not offer me the same service as a new customer.

I get the reply that the company was bought out and the rules and guidelines have changed, so the representative can not offer me any other package. I have basic cable with internet and phone (a phone that I do not use). My internet service is not very good for the $75.00 that I pay for it. I am a single mother and I can not afford this bill. I do believe that your company takes advantage of the fact that I can not get any other service.

I am going to look into some other kind of service and then cancel my services with you. I have been a customer for over 3 years here and when I was married I was a customer for over 24 years.

These prices are a rip off.
