I am writing because I am so upset right now with Kohls. I ordered on – Kevin Mansell email address

Judy sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:

I am writing because I am so upset right now with Kohls. I ordered on line on the 24 in the morning. I received an email at 8:30 p.m. on the 27th saying 4 of my items are cancelled. I was at your delafield store at 6 when you opened and saw all of the cancelled items. If I would have been informed that i could not receive them I would have picked them up in store! This is the worst customer service ever! 2 1/2 days to let me know this. It has totally ruined some of my gifts now. I have been a charge customer for over 25 years. I will no longer be shopping there after this experience.
