Karla  sent a message to Steven H. Temares – Chief Executive Officer at Bed Bath Beyond Inc. – Email Address that said:

I am writing in hopes to resolve a serious with your company. It has come to my attention that an employee of your Schererville, Indiana store has had me arrested for making a complaint about her behavior during a bridal fair.

Is this what happens customers who make a complaint? I have also been photographed when sitting in the parking lot which made me feel unsafe and did not enter the store. Please let me know if this is how Bed Bath and Beyond treats customers.
