I am writing in regards to this awful Pet Wellness Plan with Banfield Pet Hospital. After not being helped by the awful customer service and being charged for months for animal care when I no longer have a pet to care for. I have decided to file a lawsuit against the Banfield Hospital and your company PetsMart. I have been dealing with this too long and I will definitely make sure to boycott your company and Bandfield to make sure nobody else falls victim to the terrible business practices in place. I am leaving my contact information just on case you have anyone to make this right and end this quickly.
