I am writing regarding an order I tried placing on Monday, November 27, 2017. When I went to submit my order an error appeared stating to "try again later." I used two gift cards and my personal credit card for the order that never processed. When I went to go back to try again, I noticed one of my gift cards were 0 balance. I called and was told that is called a "Ghost Order" and the money would be back on the card within 24 to 48 hours. To date, the money has not be added to my card. I called several times submitted request after request to have a new gift card issued since they cannot put the money back on. I called a total of 5 times since Monday, left messages, spoke to customer reps and they keep telling me the same thing. I wanted to purchase my items on Monday to take advantage of Cyber Monday Sales, well now one of my items is regular price. I dont see why they couldnt issue me a credit and/or new gift card so that I could have made my purchase on Monday to avoid having to deal with this issue 3 days later. Thank you.
