Jan Fisher sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
I am writing this email because I am so frustrated. Please note that I am a business owner and work with the general public everyday. This is so small but so very big because I only wanted to buy a gift for my newphew and used PayPal to pay. When I logged into PayPal it changed my billing address to the previous address that I sent a gift to. I was very concerned that the 3 year old child would not get my gift. I called pay pal and was answered in India. The young (sounded like a child) girl giggled during my conversation and just told me it was ok. I then received an email from ToysRUs that stated my billing address wrong. This might not seem like a big deal to you but if PayPal can pay a bill with the wrong billing address there is a major problem.. I called back again. Now after wait time we are into this ordeal 4 hours of my time for using your services. I receive a call back from another young girl that could not understand my concerns. I asked her where she was located and she told me that is not my concern. I had to press her to learn she was in Asia and did not understand me. Again, 4 hours of my evening to buy a $17.00 gift. I asked her to send me to a United States service so that I could explain myself. After 20 more minutes my call was answered and my problem was resolved immediately. I think you should know that your system is not effective. I work in Luxury real estate and am the top producer in my area. If I ever treated a customer like this I would be out of business tomorrow. Please note that I will never use your services again. Your system is flawed and it was apparent to me that you were throwing me to anyone to get rid of the problem, you should be ashamed. I just thought you should know but dont expect you to answer or care. Your company has already made that very clear. I have never tried to write a CEO of a large company to complain. I usually help them buy property. This was so disrespectful and concerning that I had to write you. I would hope that if any of my customers ever felt this way they would let me know,
