I am writing this email because I am tired of all the exercise which we have done from last 2 months.
Let me explain all of you in detail.
I bought refrigerator 2 months ago. When I got delivery 15 days after(which should get within 2-3 days but it took 15 days and we suffer without refrigerator for 15 days), the delivery driver told me that he cannot get in that refrigerator because size problem. I ask him to took off door and get in but he refused. So I force fully I returned that refrigerator and bought another one.
I bought 2nd one. I got delivery 15 days after(which should get within 2-3 days but it took 15 days and we suffer without refrigerator for 15 days). Now my real suffering started. Within 2 days of delivery I came to know that that product is not working properly. So we called geek squad personal for 4 time for 4 different problems. Unfortunately they could not fix the any of the problem so I ask them to send me replacement piece. The replacement piece is also not working properly. So I decided to not to call to geek squad and get your advice. I got replacement piece (I should receive me new) but I received open box. That means that I pay for new Item and I received old. So called to BestBuy Holyoke, Springfield MA and the manager offer me $110.00 refund.
First of all this is considered as a breach of customer trust. We pay you what you want and deliver low quality or damage product not only one time but 2 time. This is BestBuy policy?
Now the most important thing…
All delivery personals of last delivery we received, were extremely rude which is at all not acceptable. They said, “we delivered product to reach people, so do not say anything and let us do our work.”( I did not know that what is your delivery policy and BestBuy definition of reach people. That means that he tried to tell me to shat up because you are poor. I did not know that I poor. Thanks for letting me know that I am poor.) In that excursive, letter I found that my property was damage and need to fix the property. Which I pay from own pocket. Who is going to bare that loses?. My wife’s sentiment has been hart. She is extremely unhappy and angry the way delivery people were talking with us. She ask me to take legal action against BestBuy. So whole nation will know the policy of BestBuy.
Here so many questions raised.
Who is going to tolerate the hassle we have been from last 2 months for the buying well company’s product at well known store in north America ? Why we still have damage or not working condition product ?
In this transfer we lost at least $500 to $600 food. Who is going to bare that loses ?
Tell me what was my mistake ? I bought the product at BestBuy which I think is well-known, trustworthy, quality family store. But I must say that I am 100% wrong.
