I am writing this email to inform you that I filed a written case file against one of your walmarts. It was then passed on to the Claims Department, where for over a week now I have not been able to get ahold of anyone or have anyone call me back. I do not want to have to hire an attorney, but if I cannot have some action on Wal-Marts end, it just may happen. I have Breast Cancer and am going through chemo, and do to Walmart messing up the door of my car, and now the lack of response to get my car fixed is really upsetting. I just want my car door fixed, and for someone to contact me to do so. It is ridiculous that I am having to climb in and out of the passenger door, over the middle consule, just to drive my car. As I said before I am undergoing chemo (I have a port in), fatigued, and not good health wise. I have called and left multiple messages with the claims department (at least 2 per day) and not only left messages with the gentleman responsible for my claim, but at least 3 messages with his supervisor.
